Ellen Ruth Answers for the chap " A VISIT "
 1.The thing causing their excitement was the trip to the model farm .

2. on reaching the model farm, to the boys' surprise, the farm was vast and full of events worth one's interest.

3.the machine called "combine" , working in the field was cutting the crop and tying it into sheaves.
4.thresher sets apart the grain from the chaff.

5. all the tasks like ploughing, seedling,harvesting & threshing which is really tough to do by a person, are done through the help of new machinery on the model farm.
6. a man, if working on machine, can perform a specific work more accurately than 100 men working without it.

7.the production rate has a gr8 difference as an average farm will produce 15-20 quintals of wheat per hector while the model farm produce 60-70% more as compared to other farms.

8. a massive difference comes in the way if both the outputs are compared as the production rate of model farm is much higher than an ordinary farm. 9. the use of insecticides is applied to kill the insects.
10. sevel crops like grains , vegetables and fruits are grown on the model farm.
11.the presence of unseasonable vegetables growing in the farm cause the boys to be shocked to a gr8 extent.

12.the wide range of machineries used in the model farm include combine, thresher, sowing machine and tractor which reduce the burden of work for man and fulfil all needs with finer and better results.

14.they were served with a lunch full of delicacy which was generally prepared from the farm's own produce.
