Akhter was crossed and angry on being asked to dust the cupboard and the desk during the social service work at school.when his mother asked the reason he didn't replied his mother.Mr.Inayat,his uncle asked him what happened then he told him all the matter.Mr.Inayat told him about the dignity of the work.He told him that our Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) and his companions did their work by themselves.They loved doing work.Then he also told him about the jobs of different companions of Prophet(P.B.U.H). And he told him about different countries in which people still do their work by their hands.While we avoid doing work.Akhter understood the dignity of work and promised not to mind working with his hands in future.

Mr.Ahmed's class visited the Model Agricultural farm with Mr.Hassan the manager of Model agricultural farm.Mr.Hassan showed them around.The boys saw different machines doing different work,Mr.Hassan told them the names of the machines and told them that modil agricultural farm produces 60 to 70 quantals of wheat for every hactare while an average farm produces 15 to 20 quantals.He also told boys that we use best quality seeds,fertilizers and plentyful water for growing crops.We grow wheat,maize,vegetablesand fruits.Then students had a meal made of farm's produce.Mr.Hassan offered the boys fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.Everyone enjoyed alot and gained alot of knowledge visiting the farm.

The late king faisal was born in 1907.He recieved the religious education from his maternal grandfather.At very early age he started taking interest in running affairs of the state.After the death of his father,his eldest brother saud was made the king.In 1964 his eldest brother felt ill,so faisal was chosen as the king.He was great Muslim leader.He wanted his people to live according to the teachings of Islam.Under his rule Saudi Arabia made great progress.He setup many schools and universities. New factories and mills were setup.A vast area of deserts were brought under cultivation.He also spread a network of hospitals all over the kingdome.He was a well wisher of the peopleof Pakistan and gave generous help on several occasions.He worked for the unity of Muslims.A wicked nephew of his assassinated him in 1975 and the Muslims all over the world grieved on losing a brave leader.He was the guardian of Makkah Mukarrama and madina.He lived like a soldier and died a martyr.

1.The
thing causing their excitement was the trip to the model farm .

on reaching the model farm, to the boys' surprise, the farm was vast and full
of events worth one's interest.

machine called
"combine" , working in the field was cutting the crop and tying it
into sheaves.
4.thresher
sets apart the grain from the chaff.
5.
all the tasks like ploughing, seedling,harvesting & threshing which is
really tough to do by a person, are done through the help of new machinery on
the model farm.

a man, if working on machine, can perform a specific work more accurately than
100 men working without it.
7.the
production rate has a gr8 difference as an average farm will produce 15-20
quintals of wheat per hector while the model farm produce 60-70% more as
compared to other farms.

a massive difference comes in the way if both the outputs are compared as the
production rate of model farm is much higher than an ordinary farm. 9. the use
of insecticides is applied to kill the insects.
10.
sevel crops like grains , vegetables and fruits are grown on the model farm.
11.the
presence of unseasonable vegetables growing in the farm cause the boys to be
shocked to a gr8 extent.
12.the
wide range of machineries used in the model farm include combine, thresher,
sowing machine and tractor which reduce the burden of work for man and fulfil
all needs with finer and better results.
